Commission: - $30 per qualified, booked-showed appointment with companies who wish to hire. - 10% recurring commission on collected revenues for low ticket sales to companies. - 5% commission on collected revenues for upgrades to higher ticket offers. - 10% commission on Career Training sales to reps. Bonus: - $20 per qualified, booked-showed appointment once KPI’s are met for the month. - Performance-based incentives and bonuses determined by individual performance. Income Potential Example: If you sell 10 listings at $299/month, you will earn $299/month in recurring commission. For every upgrade, your commission grows, meaning consistent performance will drive substantial income growth over time. Job Responsibilities: Outbound Sales (100% to start): For the first two weeks, your focus will be entirely on outbound sales. You will research, reach out to prospects, and handle objections and add client users to the platform. Once they've been added to the platform you will aim to book a conversation with them to explore their hiring needs and growth goals. You’ll be expected to make high-volume of social media direct message conversations using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other channels. Expect rejection—often. But if you thrive in the challenge of outbound sales and have the resilience to push through, success is waiting for you. Transition to Hybrid (70% outbound / 30% inbound): After proving yourself in the outbound trenches, you'll start to handle a portion of inbound leads—potential clients who have already expressed interest. These leads are more engaged, but you’ll still need to close them. Balance nurturing inbound inquiries while keeping up the drive in your outbound efforts. If you’re above outbound, this job is not for you. We're looking for individuals who understand the reality of outbound sales and are willing to put in the work, especially in the beginning stages.
