Inbound Dialing Setter — Commission-Only, Remote (Work EST Hours) Why This Role Matters Warm leads already know us—you’ll be their guide. By reaching out quickly, listening carefully, and booking the right calls, you help prospects solve their challenges while driving an additional $20 k – $30 k in monthly revenue for the team. Compensations

Compensation Structure: 7.5 % on cash collected from deals you set that close 10 % on cash collected when you close the deal on the call 10 % on downsell courses ($97 – $847) 5 % on coaching packages closed from your set calls ($4,800 – $16,000) 2.5 % retroactive bonus on all commissions once KPIs are met Earnings example at KPI: up to about $72,000+ with downsell commissions included
